Tea For Two
Give your eyes a revive with this cool beauty hack; Pop two green, black, or chamomile tea bags into hot water for less than a minute. Then immediately remove the tea bags from the water and chill in a small bowl in the refrigerator. Once chilled, place a bag over each closed eyelid. Leave on your lids for 5 to 15 minutes to relieve tired and puffy eyes.
Oil For Your Skin
Although we recommend taking our CBD Oil orally, you can hydrate dry skin topically by putting 3 – 6 drops of our CBD Oil into the palm of your hand to warm the oil and applying gently with your fingertips to your skin, avoiding your eyes to give your face a thirst-quenching treat. Another natural antioxidant-rich blend is to combine equal measures of pomegranate seed oil, sweet almond oil and raspberry seed oil, shaking well and applying as above.

Then strain the tea, so you are just left with the tea water and cool to room temperature before applying to the face via cotton pads or a spray bottle to spritz onto clean, dry skin as and when required.
As adults, hormonal changes can still cause the occasional breakout of pimples so take action by keeping a bottle of tea tree oil in your bathroom cabinet. Tea Tree Oil is renowned for its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, and research shows it can help reduce mild to moderate acne breakouts. Always check that you are buying diluted teatree oil as the undiluted variety can burn and irritate the skin. Follow the recommendations for application and your spots will get scared away!
Behind The Mask
Make your very own facemask from your kitchen cupboard! All you need is a 1/4 of a cup of oat flour (uncooked ground oats), 2 x tablespoons of unsweetened natural yoghurt or coconut yoghurt and 1/4 of one ripe avocado. Mix well and apply to your clean, dry face. Leave it to work its magic for 10 – 20 minutes and then remove with a warm wet facecloth and then rinse your face with water and pat dry. Apply your moisturiser. Oats boast moisturising, anti-inflammatory, and healing properties. Avocado is hydrating and nourishing, with naturally occurring vitamins A and E. And, Yogurt contains nutrients, enzymes and active cultures that help reduce inflammation and balance the pH of your skin for a healthy skin microbiome. A delicious treat for your skin!
Pineapple is an excellent exfoliant. Pineapple contains bromelain, a fruit enzyme that’s known to be anti-inflammatory. It also contains high amounts of alpha-hydroxy acids, which are implied to slow down the skin’s ageing process, as well as high concentrations of vitamin A, B1, B6, C and minerals. If you can resist eating all of your fresh pineapple, then take a slice and rub it all over your skin. Leave the juice to dry on the skin for approx. 3 minutes, then wash off with warm water and pat dry. Apply your soothing facial moisturiser.
